New Update on Bihar Teacher Recruitment 2022: Education Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary recently told the media that the 6th round of recruitment for about 1.25 lakh elementary, secondary, and higher secondary teachers will be concluded in a few months, with successful candidates receiving their appointment letters in February of next year. “The recruitment process might have been completed much sooner, but it was delayed owing to Panchayat Elections,” the minister added, adding that “now that the panchayat elections are concluded, the timetable of recruitment of all categories of teachers has been announced.”

According to the State Education Department’s schedule, the publication of merit lists and counseling of candidates for appointments in the state’s secondary and higher secondary schools will be completed by February 15, 2022, and appointment letters to the selected candidates will be issued on February 17th and 18th, 2022.

The agency has already issued the calendar for counseling and recruitment of elementary teachers in the third cycle, which would begin on January 17, 2022. “By the 28th of January, the counseling will be concluded. “All of the selected candidates will receive appointment letters as soon as possible,” Education Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary stated. He also stated that the 7th phase of teacher recruitment for secondary and higher secondary schools would begin soon, as the state has an urgent need for more than 5,000 newly upgraded instructors Plus Two schools.

In addition, the minister had already requested funding of Rs 7,744 crore for the education department in the current fiscal year to avoid a teacher shortage in government schools in the state. According to the Minister, the government’s top aim is to open one senior secondary school in each panchayat in the state.
