Candidates interested in applying for the position of Probation Officer must meet the following eligibility criteria:
➡️ Upper Age Limit: 28-35 Years
➡️ Essential Educational Qualification:
Assistant Registrar: Candidates Should have a Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed. Desirable: Experience in Administrative/Financial/Exam-related works in universities or Government organizations.
Senior Technical Assistant: Candidates Should have a Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least two years’ experience in the relevant field.
Junior Stenographer: Candidates Should have a Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized Institute/ University. Diploma in Stenography. Desirable Qualifications: Proficiency in Proficiency in English and good communication skills. Skill Test Norms on Computer: Dictation: 10 minutes @ 80 w.p.m. Transcription: 50 minutes English/65 minutes Hindi.
Library Assistant: Candidates Should have HSSLC from a recognized Board with 3 years’ experience in Library related works Desirable: BLISc/B.Lib and Computer Knowledge.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Candidates Should have a Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized Institute/University. Skill Test Norm on Computer: English Typing @ 35 wpm (10500 KDPH on an average of 5 Key depressions for each word) in 10 minutes.
Driver: Candidates Should have HSLC from a recognized Board. Valid Driving License from appropriate Government Authority.
